Fidel Alejandro Castro Ruz was born on august 13, 1926 in Cuba, Castro joined the “Partido Ortodoxo” in 1947, in 1948 Castro get married with Mirta Diaz Balart, in 1953 he and many people more attacked Monkada in a attempt to overthrow Batista, but they failed and he was arrested. In 1959 Castro was selected as a prime minister. He declared Cuba as a Socialist State and in 2008 he abandoned the power leaving it to his brother Raul.
